We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aarke purchase. If your new home essential isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original Aarke boxes to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original manuals or accessories.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
