What is the standard shipping time for Aarke orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are Aarke water bottles dishwasher safe?
To maintain the structural integrity and safety of the PET bottles, they are not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
Which CO2 cylinders are compatible with the Carbonator 3?
The Carbonator 3 is compatible with standard 60L CO2 cylinders from all major brands, including SodaStream and AGA, provided they use a screw-in cylinder system.
What is your return policy for home appliances?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, CO2 cylinders cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Does the Carbonator 3 require electricity or batteries?
No, Aarke carbonators are cordless and do not require electricity or batteries to operate. The carbonation process is powered entirely by the CO2 cylinder.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Aarke carbonators come with a 2-year limited manufacturing warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.
